Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work have honored The Springs Living by naming the company to the
2022 Fortune Best Workplaces in Aging Services. This is The Springs Living’s third consecutive year being named to this prestigious list.
The award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 140,000 employees from companies in the aging services industry that are certified by Great Place to Work. In that survey, 82 percent of employees of The Springs Living said that it is a great place to work – 25 percent higher than the average U.S. company.
