McMinnville, Ore. — September 27, 2021 — Ashley Schulze has been named the director of quality and special projects for The Springs Living. In this newly created position, Schulze will oversee the opening and stabilization for new communities, quality site visits, systems development, and operations technology optimization. Schulze brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to her new role, having grown her career at The Springs Living.

For the past three years, Schulze has been the executive director of The Springs at Greer Gardens in Eugene, Oregon, where she led all aspects of community operations, overseeing a team of 160 employees in service to 250 residents. In the year before the community opened in 2018, Schulze was as a key player in building the team there and getting various departments up and running. Previously, Schulze successfully worked in multiple roles in the company at two other communities in Oregon: The Springs at Wilsonville and The Springs at Mill Creek (The Dalles, Ore.). Schulze started her career at The Springs Living in 2012 after earning her bachelor of science degree in health management and policy at Oregon State University.
