McMinnville, Oregon — December 8, 2023 — Elizabeth Sourbeer has been selected to serve as director of sales for The Springs Living, a company with 19 senior living communities. Working with the sales team, Sourbeer is responsible for driving occupancy of the communities.
“Liz has a wealth of knowledge in sales and building relationships with prospects which is a solid foundation for supporting our community relations teams,” said Nicole Jemming, vice president of operations for The Springs Living. “She has a passion for serving older adults, a natural gift for leadership, and creative problem-solving skills that will empower our community sales teams in a way that will enhance the move-in experience for residents.”
Sourbeer brings 30 years of real estate sales experience to The Springs Living. Most recently, she spent six years in sales and marketing for Trilogy by Shea Homes, a 55+ active adult community in Arizona, where she was a top producer in the company. For the previous 25 years, she owned an outdoor advertising company while also working as a successful real estate agent, specializing in both individual home sales and the marketing of condominium projects and home subdivisions. Sourbeer has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Washington, Bothell.
