Wilsonville, Ore. — March 23, 2022 — Chris Lyons has been named executive director of The Springs at Wilsonville in Wilsonville, Oregon, a senior living community providing assisted living and memory care to more than 100 older adults. In this role, Lyons will oversee all aspects of the community, including all operations, resident experience and care, financial performance, sales and marketing, and culture-building for the team.

Lyons brings nearly two decades of leadership experience to the role. Since 2020, she was an executive director of an Aegis Living community in San Francisco. Previously, she worked at Target Corp. for two years where she was an executive team leader of service and engagement, driving loyalty programs and training top talent while driving profitability. Prior to working for Target Corp., Lyons was the district manager for Starbucks Coffee, where she worked for 17 years. She served the San Francisco and Portland markets by assessing team performance, recruiting, as well as managing staffing and compensation projects. Lyons has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a certificate from UC Berkeley in Human Resources generalist studies.
